The Ashmolean Dining Room has a new Head Chef to lead the way into 2012. Alun Roberts from Cardiff has made his introduction into the restaurant with his fantastic new menu which continues with the theme of hearty British cooking with a European twist.
There are hints of Alun's roots from Wales with his Cockle Fritter & Laverbread starter and his menu should be loved by vegetarians as well as the meat eaters as there are various delicious dishes that must be tasted.
All the ingredients are fresh and seasonal and we use many local Oxfordshire suppliers to bring the best quality to you.
