The Ashmolean Dining Room with our new Head Chef - Alun Roberts heads towards Spring with a fantastic new menu. All the traits of good British hearty cooking remain with some Welsh and European twists to stir in the mix.
On offer are several lovely vegetarian dishes such as our roasted red pepper risotto, as well as many delights for those who enjoy the very best seafood Oxford has to offer with black bream or seafood platter.
For the meat eaters we are proud to serve our new dishes of slow roasted leg of lamb as well as our corn fed chicken with poppy seeds amongst others.
